French Connection

Equal parts Cognac and amaretto form a rich two-ingredient drink over ice. It needs no juice or syrup; gentle stirring provides the chill and dilution required to open up the sweet liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 35 ml Cognac
  • 35 ml Amaretto liqueur

Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass and measure the ingredients. Fill it with ice.
  2. Add the measured ingredients and stir until evenly mixed and cold.
