Four on the Floor

Salers Gentian Apéritif, Château de Saü Rivesaltes Rancio 2001 and Banana liqueur form the base of Four on the Floor. The mixture is stirred and served in a snifter glass.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Salers Gentian Apéritif
  • 22.5 ml Château de Saü Rivesaltes Rancio 2001
  • 7.5 ml Banana liqueur
  • 2.5 ml Smith & Cross Jamaican Rum

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the snifter glass.
