Flying Dutchman

Cointreau, Genever and Angostura bitters form the base of Flying Dutchman. This measured drink is served in a highball glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 15 ml Cointreau
  • 60 ml Genever
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 piece Lemon Twist

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients into the highball glass over fresh cubed ice.
  2. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Finish with lemon twist.
