Firenze Fix

Firenze Fix brings together Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Campari. This shaken cocktail is served in a rocks glass over ice.

Firenze Fix: Red-coral cocktail in a rocks glass with crushed ice and a cluster of raspberries, blackberries and blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 22.18 ml Gin
  • 22.18 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 22.18 ml Campari
  • 22.18 ml Pineapple Syrup
  • 14.79 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 portion Seasonal berries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh crushed ice.
  4. Finish with a small cluster of seasonal berries.
