Fiji Mermaid brings together Four Roses Bourbon, Barbancourt 8 Year Rhum, Passion Fruit Syrup. This shaken cocktail is served in a rocks glass over ice.

1 portion Lemon peel mermaid's tail and freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions

Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh crushed ice.
Finish with lemon peel mermaid's tail and freshly grated nutmeg.
