Fenton's Phantom

Fenton's Phantom brings together Pimm's No. 1, Lillet Blanc, Kronan Swedish Punsch. This shaken cocktail is served in a Collins glass over ice.

Fenton's Phantom: Golden-amber cocktail in a tall Collins glass packed with crushed ice and a lemon twist.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Pimm's No. 1
  • 29.57 ml Lillet Blanc
  • 14.79 ml Kronan Swedish Punsch
  • 14.79 ml Lemon Juice
  • 2 dash Orange Bitters
  • 1 portion Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh crushed ice.
  4. Finish with lemon twist.
