Familia Cocktail

Cardamaro Vino Amaro and Cocchi Asti DOCG or other moscato-based sparkling wine form the base of Familia Cocktail. This measured drink is served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Cardamaro Vino Amaro
  • 90 ml Cocchi Asti DOCG sparkling Moscato wine
  • 1 piece lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe and both liquid ingredients.
  2. Pour in the Cardamaro, then gently add the measured sparkling Moscato.
  3. Finish with a lemon peel.
