Explorer's Negroni

Explorer's Negroni brings together Batavia Arrack, Mezcal, Campari. This stirred cocktail is served in a rocks glass over ice.

Explorer's Negroni: Ruby-red drink in a rocks glass with several ice cubes and an orange twist.

Ingredients

  • 22.18 ml Batavia Arrack
  • 22.18 ml Mezcal
  • 29.57 ml Campari
  • 29.57 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dash Absinthe
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh cubed ice.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
