Electric Circus

Electric Circus brings together Mezcal, Pineapple Rum, Amaro Montenegro. This stirred cocktail is served in rocks glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Mezcal
  • 29.57 ml Pineapple Rum
  • 14.79 ml Amaro Montenegro
  • 14.79 ml Cynar
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh cubed ice.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
