Easy Truce

Gin and yellow Chartreuse are stirred with pineapple gum syrup. This spirit-forward drink contains no fresh juice and is served over a large ice cube.

Easy Truce. Rocks glass with a pale golden pineapple-gin drink, one large clear ice cube and a lemon peel.

Ingredients

  • 15 ml Liber & Co. Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 60 ml Gin
  • 7.5 ml Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 piece Lemon peel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the ingredients for mixing into a mixing glass. Keep Lemon peel aside for finishing.
  2. Fill with cubed ice and stir until chilled, about 15–20 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  4. Express the citrus peel over the surface, then add the listed garnish. Serve promptly.
