Drink Without Name

Salers Gentian Apéritif, Aged rhum agricole and Pineau des Charentes form the base of Drink Without Name. The mixture is stirred and served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Salers Gentian Apéritif
  • 30 ml Aged rhum agricole
  • 30 ml Pineau des Charentes

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the coupe glass.
