Doomscroller brings together Plantation OFTD Overproof Rum, Laphroaig 10 Year Scotch, Lime Juice. This whip-shaken cocktail is served in a mug over ice.

Doomscroller: Amber drink in a copper mug with crushed ice, mint sprigs and grated nutmeg.

Ingredients

59.15 ml Plantation OFTD Overproof Rum
14.79 ml Laphroaig 10 Year Scotch
29.57 ml Lime Juice
14.79 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
7.39 ml Vanilla Syrup
7.39 ml Allspice Dram
14.79 ml Benedictine
2 dash Angostura Bitters
1 portion Mint sprigs and freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions

Put all measured liquid ingredients into a shaker with a small handful of crushed ice.
Whip-shake briefly to mix and chill, then pour the drink and ice into a mug.
Add more crushed ice to fill the glass.
Finish with mint sprigs and freshly grated nutmeg.
