Diplomat

Tequila and elderflower liqueur are paired with both yuzu and passionfruit syrups. Lemon provides the acid component in a crushed-ice rocks serve.

Diplomat. Rocks glass, fresh crushed ice, cloudy golden citrus body and dehydrated lemon wheel.

Ingredients

  • 15 ml Liber & Co. Japanese Yuzu Syrup
  • 7.5 ml Liber & Co. Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
  • 45 ml Blanco tequila
  • 15 ml Elderflower liqueur
  • 22.5 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 slice Dehydrated lemon wheel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients for mixing into a shaker. Keep Dehydrated lemon wheel aside for finishing.
  2. Add cubed ice, seal and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
  4. Finish with the listed garnish. Serve promptly.
