Diamond Rock

Diamond Rock brings together Rhum Agricole, Punt e Mes, Apricot Liqueur. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Diamond Rock: Amber-brown drink in coupe, orange twist and no ice.

Ingredients

  • 59.15 ml Rhum Agricole
  • 22.18 ml Punt e Mes
  • 14.79 ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
