Death Or Glory

Mezcal, Aperitivo Cappelletti and Mattei Cap Corse Blanc Quinquina form the base of Death Or Glory. The mixture is stirred and served in a rocks glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Mezcal
  • 30 ml Aperitivo Cappelletti
  • 30 ml Mattei Cap Corse Blanc Quinquina
  • 6 drop Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate
  • 1 piece grapefruit twist

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the rocks glass over fresh cubed ice.
  4. Finish with grapefruit twist.
