Dark 'N' Stormy

Goslings rum is poured over ginger beer in this two-ingredient highball, with lime offered as garnish. The dark rum layer is part of the initial presentation; the drink can be stirred before sipping.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Goslings Black Seal rum
  • 100 ml Ginger beer, non-alcoholic
  • 1 piece Lime slice or wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball with ice and add the chilled ginger beer.
  2. Pour the Goslings rum slowly over the back of a spoon to create an initial upper layer.
  3. Add a lime wedge and a stirrer; gently combine the layers before drinking if preferred.
