Dark Entries brings together Mezcal, Rhum Agricole, Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Dark Entries: Red amber cocktail in coupe, no garnish or ice.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Mezcal
  • 29.57 ml Rhum Agricole
  • 14.79 ml Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro
  • 14.79 ml Aperol

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
