Crosstown Traffic

Gin, wine-based amaro and a rosé wine aperitif share equal measures in this built cocktail. No citrus juice or syrup is required, and an orange peel supplies the fresh aromatic finish.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Hayman’s London Dry Gin
  • 30 ml Cardamaro wine-based amaro
  • 30 ml Cocchi Americano Rosa
  • 1 piece Orange peel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Add gin, Cardamaro wine-based amaro and Cocchi Americano Rosa.
  3. Stir from the bottom of the glass until evenly mixed and cold.
  4. Express the orange peel over the surface and add it.
