Core Reviver

Blended Scotch, Mattei Cap Corse Rouge and Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur form the base of Core Reviver. The drink is shaken and served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Blended Scotch
  • 22.5 ml Mattei Cap Corse Rouge
  • 22.5 ml Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach Liqueur
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 piece cherry

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a shaker. Keep garnishes, any glass rinse, sparkling toppings and side serves separate.
  2. Add ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
  3. Strain into the coupe glass.
  4. Finish with cherry.
