Commodity Fetish: Deep amber cocktail in a chilled coupe without ice, garnished with an orange peel and dark cherry flag on a cocktail pick.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Unsweetened Aged Rum
  • 22.18 ml Amaro Montenegro
  • 22.18 ml Punt e Mes
  • 14.79 ml Crème de Cacao
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange peel-cherry flag, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange peel-cherry flag.
