Colorado Bulldog

Cola adds a carbonated component to vodka, coffee liqueur and cream. Adding the dairy last leaves a marbled finish, while a gentle stir lets the ingredients combine without vigorously foaming the soda.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur
  • 30 ml Vodka
  • 30 ml Cola
  • 30 ml Pasteurized heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with cubed ice.
  2. Add vodka and Kahlúa, then pour in the chilled cola.
  3. Pour the cream slowly over the surface and give the drink one gentle stir.
