Cobra's Tail

Cobra's Tail brings together Planteray OFTD Rum, Bonded Bourbon, Lime Juice. This whip-shaken cocktail is served in mug over ice.

Ingredients

  • 22.18 ml Planteray OFTD Rum
  • 36.97 ml Bonded Bourbon
  • 29.57 ml Lime Juice
  • 22.18 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 14.79 ml Campari
  • 14.79 ml Allspice Dram
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash Absinthe
  • 1 portion Cinnamon stick, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Put all measured liquid ingredients into a shaker with a small handful of crushed ice.
  2. Whip-shake briefly to mix and chill, then pour the drink and ice into a mug.
  3. Add more crushed ice to fill the glass.
  4. Finish with cinnamon stick.
