Clown Car brings together Fernet Branca, Campari, Passion Fruit Syrup. This shaken cocktail is served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Fernet Branca
  • 29.57 ml Campari
  • 14.79 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 14.79 ml Honey Syrup 1:1
  • 14.79 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 portion Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with lemon twist.
