Charlotte Gainsbourg

White wine aperitif leads a smaller orange-liqueur measure and a restrained pastis addition. Built directly over ice, the drink has no citrus juice or soda, with a fresh orange slice completing the service.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Cocchi Americano Bianco
  • 15 ml Orange curaçao liqueur
  • 3.75 ml Pernod Classic pastis
  • 1 piece Orange slice or wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Add Cocchi Americano Bianco, dry orange curaçao and Pernod pastis.
  3. Stir from the bottom of the glass until evenly mixed and cold.
  4. Finish with an orange slice and serve promptly.
