Chachita

Chachita brings together Mezcal Amaras Espadin, Punt e Mes, Cynar. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Chachita: Dark amber-red cocktail in a stemmed coupe with an orange twist, served without ice.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Mezcal Amaras Espadin
  • 14.79 ml Punt e Mes
  • 14.79 ml Cynar
  • 14.79 ml Benedictine
  • 1 dash Bittermens Mole Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
