Cascara

Sweet cherry liqueur and freshly brewed espresso share equal measures in this small warm drink. There is no dairy or separate sugar syrup, leaving the coffee and fruit liqueur as the two principal ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Rothman & Winter Orchard Cherry Liqueur
  • 30 ml Freshly brewed hot espresso

Instructions

  1. Warm a small heatproof espresso cup, then empty it.
  2. Measure the cherry liqueur into the cup and add freshly brewed espresso.
  3. Stir briefly to combine and serve while comfortably warm.
