Careful Whisper

Wine-based amaro and two vermouth styles share equal measures in this wine-led alcoholic cocktail. Orange and aromatic bitters provide seasoning while stirring keeps the three wine components clear and chilled.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Cardamaro wine-based amaro
  • 30 ml Dolin Dry vermouth
  • 30 ml Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Storico
  • 1 dash Orange bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura aromatic bitters

Instructions

  1. Pour Cardamaro wine-based amaro, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, orange bitters and aromatic bitters into a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir smoothly until cold, about 20–30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe without ice.
