Canongate

Canongate brings together Scotch, Aperol, Punt e Mes. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Canongate: Deep amber-red drink in a coupe with a cherry and no serving ice.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Scotch
  • 44.36 ml Aperol
  • 14.79 ml Punt e Mes
  • 14.79 ml Walnut Liqueur
  • 1 portion Cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with cherry.
