Candela

Vodka, elderflower liqueur and grapefruit are shaken with yuzu syrup and orange bitters. The drink is served over crushed ice with grapefruit.

Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Liber & Co. Japanese Yuzu Syrup
  • 45 ml Vodka
  • 15 ml Elderflower liqueur
  • 22.5 ml Grapefruit juice
  • 1 dash Orange bitters
  • 1 slice Grapefruit slice, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients for mixing into a shaker. Keep Grapefruit slice aside for finishing.
  2. Add cubed ice, seal and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
  4. Finish with the listed garnish. Serve promptly.
