Bully Pulpit

Bully Pulpit brings together Mezcal, Rabarbaro, Orange Liqueur. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 59.15 ml Mezcal
  • 22.18 ml Rabarbaro
  • 7.39 ml Orange Liqueur
  • 2 dash Chocolate Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
