Broken Wings brings together Encanto Pisco, Lillet Blanc, Rothman & Winter Apricot Liqueur. This shaken cocktail is served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Encanto Pisco
  • 14.79 ml Lillet Blanc
  • 14.79 ml Rothman & Winter Apricot Liqueur
  • 14.79 ml Lime Juice
  • 12 drop St. George Absinthe
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
