Broadway Nights

Broadway Nights brings together Rye Whiskey, Mezcal, Sweet Vermouth. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Broadway Nights: Clear amber-brown drink in coupe, orange twist and no ice.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Rye Whiskey
  • 14.79 ml Mezcal
  • 14.79 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 7.39 ml Green Chartreuse
  • 7.39 ml Orange Liqueur
  • 1 dash Chocolate Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
