Brave Bull

Tequila provides the base beneath a smaller coffee-liqueur measure in this short built cocktail. The two ingredients are mixed directly over ice, without cream, citrus juice or syrup to complicate the coffee-and-agave combination.

Clear dark coffee-brown Brave Bull over ice cubes in a rocks glass, no garnish.

Active preparation: 2 minutes

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Blanco tequila, 100% agave
  • 20 ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Add blanco tequila and Kahlúa coffee liqueur.
  3. Stir from the bottom of the glass until evenly mixed and cold.
