Brandy Daisy

Suntory’s Brandy Daisy combines cognac, lemon and grenadine, then serves the shaken drink over crushed ice in a wine glass. Citrus and mint garnishes make the compact sour formula feel more expansive at service.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Courvoisier VSOP cognac
  • 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Grenadine
  • 1 piece Lemon slice
  • 2 leaf Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Fill a sturdy wine glass with crushed ice.
  2. Shake the cognac, lemon juice and grenadine with cubed ice until cold.
  3. Strain over the crushed ice.
  4. Add the optional lemon slice and mint leaves; serve with a straw if desired.
