Bonal & Rye

Rye whiskey, Bonal Gentiane-Quina and Orange bitters form the base of Bonal & Rye. The mixture is stirred and served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Rye whiskey
  • 45 ml Bonal Gentiane-Quina
  • 2 dash Orange bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 piece orange peel

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the coupe glass.
  4. Finish with orange peel.
