Blanc Slate

Unaged Clément agricole rhum is combined with yuzu syrup, pineapple and lemon. Mint and a lemon wheel accompany the crushed-ice service.

Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Liber & Co. Japanese Yuzu Syrup
  • 45 ml Clement Blanc Rhum
  • 30 ml Pineapple juice
  • 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 sprig Fresh mint sprig, for garnish
  • 1 slice Lemon wheel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients for mixing into a shaker. Keep Fresh mint sprig, Lemon wheel aside for finishing.
  2. Add cubed ice, seal and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
  4. Finish with the listed garnishes. Serve promptly.
