Black Hawk

Bourbon whiskey, Sloe gin and Lemon juice form the base of Black Hawk. The drink is shaken and served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

  • 37.5 ml Bourbon whiskey
  • 37.5 ml Sloe gin
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 piece cherry

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a shaker. Keep garnishes, any glass rinse, sparkling toppings and side serves separate.
  2. Add ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
  3. Strain into the coupe glass.
  4. Finish with cherry.
