Bitches’ Brew

Byrrh Grand Quinquina, Genever and Vodka form the base of Bitches’ Brew. The mixture is stirred and served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Byrrh Grand Quinquina
  • 22.5 ml Genever
  • 22.5 ml Vodka
  • 22.5 ml India pale ale
  • 1 piece Orange twist
  • 1 piece Cocktail cherry

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the coupe glass.
  4. Finish with orange twist and cocktail cherry.
