Birds & Bees brings together Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Honey Syrup 1:1. This shaken cocktail is served in a coupe.

Birds & Bees: Amber-brown drink in coupe, no garnish or ice.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Gin
  • 14.79 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 14.79 ml Honey Syrup 1:1
  • 14.79 ml Lemon Juice
  • 7.39 ml Fernet Branca

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
