Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Gin
  • 14.79 ml Blackstrap Rum
  • 59.15 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 14.79 ml Lime Juice
  • 14.79 ml Green Chartreuse
  • 14.79 ml Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 portion Freshly grated cinnamon and a few pineapple leaves if available, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Put all measured liquid ingredients into a shaker with a small handful of crushed ice.
  2. Whip-shake briefly to mix and chill, then pour the drink and ice into a mug.
  3. Add more crushed ice to fill the glass.
  4. Finish with freshly grated cinnamon and a few pineapple leaves if available.
