Bird Bath

White wine aperitif makes the largest measure in this stirred combination with rum and bourbon. No juice or added syrup is included, leaving the three components to define the clear, ungarnished presentation.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Cocchi Americano Bianco
  • 30 ml The Scarlet Ibis Trinidad rum
  • 15 ml Bourbon whiskey

Instructions

  1. Pour Cocchi Americano Bianco, Scarlet Ibis rum and bourbon into a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir smoothly until cold, about 20–30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe without ice.
