Bicicletta

Still white wine and bitter aperitivo make a wine-glass cocktail with a small soda top-up. Because the wine is not sparkling, the measured soda provides the bubbles rather than a Prosecco component.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Aperitivo Mazzura
  • 90 ml Dry white wine
  • 30 ml Chilled soda water
  • 1 piece Orange slice or wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Add Aperitivo Mazzura and Dry white wine.
  3. Pour in Chilled soda water slowly, then stir once gently.
  4. Finish with an orange slice and serve promptly.
