Beachbum's Own

Demerara and light rums meet Licor 43, passionfruit syrup and three fruit juices. Shake with crushed ice and pour the full mixture into a large tiki mug.

Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • 22.5 ml Pineapple juice
  • 22.5 ml Orange juice
  • 22.5 ml Ready-made passion fruit syrup
  • 22.5 ml Licor 43
  • 30 ml Demerara rum
  • 45 ml Light rum

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a shaker. Keep garnishes, any glass rinse, sparkling toppings and side serves separate.
  2. Add crushed ice and shake to chill; pour the mixture and its ice into a large tiki mug.
