Bar Boss

Bar Boss brings together Rye Whiskey, Mezcal, Amaretto. This stirred cocktail is served in rocks glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Rye Whiskey
  • 14.79 ml Mezcal
  • 14.79 ml Amaretto
  • 14.79 ml Cynar
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash Mole Bitters
  • 1 portion Cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh cubed ice.
  4. Finish with cherry.
