Banaquiri No.21

Aged Appleton rum, banana liqueur and lime are shaken with a small measure of demerara syrup. The drink is served up with a lime wedge.

Ingredients

  • 5 ml Liber & Co. Demerara Gum Syrup
  • 60 ml Appleton 21 year rum
  • 22.5 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 22.5 ml Banana liqueur
  • 1 piece Lime wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients for mixing into a shaker. Keep Lime wedge aside for finishing.
  2. Add cubed ice, seal and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass without ice.
  4. Finish with the listed garnish. Serve promptly.
