Balboa

Balboa brings together Pisco, Cachaça, Dry Vermouth. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Balboa: Pale golden drink in coupe, orange twist and no ice.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Pisco
  • 29.57 ml Cachaça
  • 22.18 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 7.39 ml Pineapple Syrup
  • 2 dash Orange Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
