Appletini

Green apple liqueur provides the defining fruit flavor in this short vodka sour. Fresh lemon and a small syrup measure accompany it, while fine straining keeps the finished drink free of loose ice fragments.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Vodka
  • 20 ml Giffard Manzana Verde green apple liqueur
  • 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 5 ml Cane sugar syrup
  • 1 piece Thin apple slice, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass. Add vodka, green apple liqueur, lemon and cane syrup to a shaker.
  2. Add cubed ice and shake firmly until cold.
  3. Fine-strain into the chilled glass without serving ice.
  4. Add thin apple slices just before serving.
