Aphrodite No. 1

Mas Peyre Rancio Sec “Le Démon de Midi”, Dolin Rouge Vermouth de Chambéry and Orange bitters form the base of Aphrodite No. 1. The mixture is stirred and served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Mas Peyre Rancio Sec “Le Démon de Midi”
  • 45 ml Dolin Rouge Vermouth de Chambéry
  • 2 dash Orange bitters
  • 1 piece orange peel

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the coupe glass.
  4. Finish with orange peel.
