Ante

Calvados, Red Dubonnet and Cointreau form the base of Ante. The mixture is stirred and served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

  • 37.5 ml Calvados
  • 15 ml Red Dubonnet
  • 7.5 ml Cointreau
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the coupe glass.
