Angel Face

Gin, Calvados and apricot liqueur share equal measures in this fruit-led, spirit-forward cocktail. Although the formula contains no citrus juice, the IBA method calls for shaking and serving in a chilled glass.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml London dry gin
  • 30 ml Apricot brandy liqueur
  • 30 ml Calvados

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass and measure the ingredients.
  2. Add the non-carbonated liquid ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice, seal, and shake briskly for about 10–12 seconds.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
  5. Serve promptly.
